Cost - Benefit - Analysis [ Here Is Your CBA Worksheet ]Of of the tools to help you with thoughts and behaviors, I find this one very beneficial. I like the idea of not judging the addict or the habitually challenged individual. With this form you just write out the cost of your habit or addiction, and the benefit of your habit or addiction. Then, you write the pros and cons. This tool is very eye opening. For example, when I was married, we had a joint checking account. When we got divorced, I had more money in my account after the divorce than before. How is that possible? apparently, smoking a pack a day and getting newspaper delivery adds up! You may find the same when you do this form.
